Blinic Mascara

Unlike other traditional mascara's, rather than painting the lashes, blinic forms tiny, water resistant tubes around the lash as it sets. It does not run, smear or even smudge when it is exposed to sweat, tears or rain. It is removed by warm water and gentle fingertip pressure and the tubes actually slide off the lashes-no eye make-up remover or soap is needed.
